Publish date: 2024-06-26

The Holiday has been a festive favourite film since it came out in 2006 and is one of the best movies to get you in the Christmas mood.

The film featured a number of celebrities such as Cameron Diaz and Kate Winslet who played two unhappy women who swapped homes and lives on a whim.

The pair lived very different lives with Cameron’s character Amanda who lives in LA and travelled all the way to Surrey to live in Kate’s character Iris’ countryside cottage while Iris jets to LA and lives in Amanda’s mansion as they both desperately try to escape their romantic problems back home.

While Iris gets flirty with Jack Black’s character Miles, Amanda falls in love with Graham, Iris’ hunky brother, played by Jude Law.

Doting dad Graham has two adorable daughters Olivia and Sophie who stole the hearts of viewers.

Now 15 years later the girls are all grown up and look unrecognisable with dramatic career changes and staying out of the spot light.

Miffy Englefield – Sophie

Miffy Englefield played Sophie at just six-years-old and was the eldest out of the two.

The star is now all grown up and lives in Littlehampton, West Sussex, with her partner 25-year-old Alex Whivley-Conway.

The couple also have an eight-month-old baby girl Frankie.

Since The Holiday, Miffy managed to land herself a few TV roles which included The Whistleblowers and a recurring role in Casualty.

However her acting career was short as she opted for a complete career change in the early teens and instead started working as a barista.

Miffy insisted Making coffees paid the bills.

She previously Explained on Instagram, saying: “It’s not that I wouldn’t love to act again. Trust me, that’s all my heart wants in the world. Unfortunately my situation as a child from a working class, single parent family meant I couldn’t continue.”

The 23-year-old had a dramatic style change from the cute cardigans and bright red hair we saw in The Holiday. She now described herself as “Pint sized punk.

She found the love for punk rock at a concert when she was 12, completely shaving her head back in 2015.

Miffy previously told Fabulous that once her daughter is older she will definitely show The Holiday to her.

And went on to say that if she ever wanted to be an actress she would support her.

Speaking on what fans think about her being a mother she said: “I know what people will say ‘the little girl from The Holiday is a mum’ God, I must be really old.”

The Holiday star hasn’t acted at all since acting alongside Miffy and Mr Napkinhead.

She seems to be keeping a low profile and doesn’t have any social media accounts.

There isn’t much information about Emma other than that she is now 18-year-old and wears glasses.
